Ann Finley Collins began her long career as a public servant teaching the 3rd grade in inner city public schools. Ann has been a resident of Oak Park, Illinois for 27 years. After receiving her law degree, she has spent the last 24 years representing indignant clients in criminal cases. Since 1997, she has been lead attorney in 42 murder trials. Ann’s intelligence, experience, and temperament uniquely qualify her to serve as a Cook County judge.
